You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all products must be unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging. If an item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition due to reasons unrelated to our errors, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Section 1: Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that your returned item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed for the amount paid at the time of purchase, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Section 2: Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you experience a delay or issue with your refund, we recommend first checking your payment account and contacting the relevant payment institution for clarification. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us at info@clutterix.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Section 3: Return For Replacement (If Applicable)
Defective or damaged items are eligible for an exchange. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need to exchange the item for the same product, please contact us at info@clutterix.com. Please note that delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Section 4: Warranty
Clutterix products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects, starting from the original purchase date. During this warranty period, Clutterix will replace, at no cost, any product or part that proves defective due to material or workmanship issues, provided it has been used and maintained normally.
Any replacement item or part will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original purchase, starting from the date the replacement is shipped.
The Warranty Covers:
Defects in materials discovered upon delivery of the product.
Defects in workmanship under normal use.
Receiving broken or damaged products.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the user’s instructions manual.
Damage resulting from natural disasters.
Any modifications made to the product from its original form.
Damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use, or any use for which the product was not intended.
Damages or defects that exceed the product’s cost.
Theft or loss of the product.
Purchases made from resellers not listed as authorized dealers.
Please note that all warranty services or inquiries must include the Order ID (order number) from the original purchase of the product. This order number, which serves as your warranty number, can be found in the order history on the website where the item was purchased. Retain this number, as Clutterix cannot provide warranty services without it.
